The SMC partner program is like a family. The goal is to develop and maintain trusted relationships with all partners and help them grow by offering the tools and opportunities required to do so. As part of the family you won't feel like a number. Not only will you have direct access to the Intrcomm team, several other SMC partners make their teams available for collaboration as well. As part of the SMC community, you will have access to commonly shared knowledge that will help you provide your clients with the best solutions possible.
Depending on your needs and goals, we can work with you and your clients. Please review the different options below to determine what best fits your requirements. Regardless of the option you select, there is tremendous opportunity to increase your profits in one of the partner programs.
Referral Partner. The Referral Partner was designed for companies in related industries who prefer to focus on their core competency, but have customers that express a need for content management. Rather than lose focus, this partner will refer the opportunity to Intrcomm to handle everything. Upon completion of the project, a commission is paid to the Referral Partner. Prime examples of partners in this segment are marketing and design firms focusing on print media, or IT providers not interested in venturing into web services.
Reseller Partner. The Reseller Partner was designed for companies who are looking to, or already offer web services, and require a content management tool to compliment their services. These partners have the resources needed to sell, implement, maintain, and support the solution. They may even have the ability to develop a content management system, but do not have the time, nor dedication, to create and maintain a system to keep up with technology needs. Intrcomm is behind the scenes supporting the Reseller Partner, while the Reseller Partner takes care of their clients.
Affiliate Partner. The Affiliate Partner was developed to be a common ground between the Referral Partner and the Reseller Partner. This partner generally has clients expressing a need, and has limited knowledge in consulting and selling the solution. A little assistance is going to be needed to make the technical sale, and this partner doesn't have a team behind him to deploy, maintain, and support the solution. The Affiliate Partner manages the client relationships and would prefer the team implementing the solution stay behind the scenes.
